Being an 80s kid, naturally, I am an 80s film fan and for me, there’s nothing more 80s than Ghostbusters. Working with ASUS and Ben of Kent Props (BOK) I put this system together for EGX 2019 at the ExCeL Centre in London, as part of the ASUS line up.

be quiet! provided much of the base of this system with props BOK cast from original screen-used Proton Pack parts. TeamGroup sorted me out for memory and storage while AMD sent over the king of CPUs, the 2990WX. Alphacool join me as a partner and hep to set off the system with a full soft tubing loop.

Being only my third build it really is amazing the support I have gained this far, and it’s really appreciated the faith that has been bestowed on me. The front of the case was modded to include Cyclotron lights from the Proton Pack with many other features internally. BitFenix fans and RGB strips are behind the lighting for the system.

Custom tubing and parts are used throughout and externally with the Dark Base 900 vents painted to match the Ghost Trap doors. Overall the case is dusty, rusty, used, abused, and neglected, just the way a Proton Pack should be.
